When you book with Realty1Media.com there is certain information you provide us to complete your order. This is:
• The name, address, and telephone number in your shipping details.
• Your email address and any emails you may have sent to us with product questions.
Additionally when you make an order we can access certain information which we may use to make our services better:
• Your IP address and anonymized Google analytics information about how you navigate our site.
• If you book or order products with Realty1Media.com we can see what device and operating system you used to order. eg. iPhone 5, iOS 8.
• If you connect your Instagram to our site, we can access data related to your Instagram account which you have made public.
What Information Do We NOT Collect?
Your payment information is handled by our credit card processor PayPal. We never see your credit card details. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment, simply use your credit card as with any online purchase. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from those under 18, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Our site is intended for use by those over 18.
Why Do We Store Your Information?
We store your information so we can complete your order. Additionally, in the crazy world that we live in, it is cheaper to store data than to delete it. We do not offer a method to delete information from our secure servers once you have placed an order.
Opting Out.
There are few things you can opt out of when booking with us:
You do not need to create an account to book with Realty1media.com.
You can opt out from following us on any media.
You can unsubscribe from our email newsletters.
Third Parties.
We never share your information with third parties beyond those required to complete your order, e.g. our trusted partners, providers, and payment processor.
We never rent or sell your information to any other third parties (e.g. advertisers, data brokers, journalists, external businesses, deities, your disapproving relatives) and we will never otherwise share your data unless required by law or subpoena.
