Photography and Video Tours

By hiring us you have taken a big step towards selling your home or property.

To make your property look its best we created a “To-Do” list, before we arrive.

We want to use this time to properly photograph rather than clean stage your property.

We don’t mind moving some things around as necessary, but if we can spend our time taking great images of your home we get better results.

We don’t want to lose sight of what we are there to do.

Details

Our photographers and videographers start work immediately on arrival. First we do a complete walk-through constructing a plan to systematically and accurately capture and embody your property, and then we begin shooting.

It's best if there is no one else on the property to accomplish this. If an owner or agent requires to be present, they will be asked to shadow and/or assist the photographer at all times, or stay completely out of all shots at all times. This policy is in place for the simple reason to allow us uninterrupted reign to accomplish our job in best capturing and representing your home.

Entire House

Turn on all lights and open all blinds prior to photographers arrival. Leave all lights on until photographer departs.

What if it’s raining?

Interior photos and video remain scheduled. Exterior imaging may be rescheduled as necessary.

How long will it take?

This varies by the home and product, but we typically schedule one (1) hour per product. If you purchase our signature comprehensive photo-video-plan, expect our photographers to be onsite for 5 hours. It is best to schedule everything in one visit, but we can schedule separate one-hour visits.

Approximate Times

Interior Photography – 1 hour. Interior Video – 1 hour. Exterior Aerial Photo and Video – 1 hour.

Dusk Shoots

Dusk shoots, also known as twilight shots, require scheduling, but do not require anyone to be at the home, or disturbed if at home, as we are shooting exterior shots. Home and Property lighting is a key element in dusk shots. All interior and exterior lighting should be turned on for the duration of a scheduled dusk shoot. This includes interior window lighting of all associated rooms, exterior porch and spot lighting, yard and landscape lighting, driveway lighting, etc. Basically turn on all lighting and leave on until our photographers depart.
